The First Steps

It never ceases to amaze me when she accomplishes a new milestone. She took her first steps this evening. At one point she took as many as 4 consecutive steps before falling forward and catching herself with her hands. I was so proud of her...just like I was when she first rolled over and when she sat up on her own and when she first learned to crawl and when I finally felt her first tooth and when she first learned to pull up to standing...no, but really, my child IS a genius!!

Under-impressed

Today was the first day of The New Day Care Solution. I am trying to reserve judgement (unless something drastic happens) until she's been there for a month and everyone involved has had plenty of time to adjust to the new situation.
