The Beach Party

For the past two days Jayla has been asking me about her beach party. She apparently wants a beach party for her birthday and she already knows her guest list. She wants to wear her "baby suit" (swim suit) and she wants to get in the water and get her hair wet with Dominique, Skyla, and Leah. So, she's basically planned the entire party in her head. There's only two problems: (1) I have to listen to her talk about her party for the next 4.5 months and (2) I have no idea how to throw a beach party.
